COVID-19 INFORMATION FROM PARLANCE CHAMBER CONCERTS

An Updated Message to Our Audience Members About
 Attendance Policies and Protocols

February 22, 2022

The safety and security of our audience members, artists, and staff remain our highest priority. In light of the recent rise in case counts in the greater New York area, we are updating our Covid-19 protocols in accordance with current CDC recommendations and advice from public health experts.

Starting with our March 13, 2022 concert, the following protocols will be in effect:

  • COVID-19 BOOSTER SHOTS FOR THOSE ELIGIBLE ARE NOW REQUIRED. All audience members, artists, and staff must SHOW PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION against Covid-19 before being admitted to Parlance Chamber Concerts’s events.
  • In order to encourage social distancing at our events, PEW OCCUPANCY WILL BE REDUCED. Please follow the instructions of the ushers.
  • IN-PERSON TICKET SALES WILL RESUME ON MARCH 13 AT 2 PM. Advance tickets may be purchased onlineby mail, or by phone (800-316-8559, Option 1).
  • MASKS ARE REQUIRED for all attendees.
  • If you receive a positive test for Covid-19 or have any onset symptoms in the days prior to our events, please do not attend a Parlance Chamber Concert.  You may request refunds, donate your tickets, or request ticket exchanges by writing to parlance@parlancechamberconcerts.org

PCC will continue to monitor all state, federal, and local public health guidelines. We will continue to adjust our policies and protocols accordingly as the situation evolves.
